I was really impressed with the spaciousness of my room at BP Grand Tower Hotel. It had a perfect city view and was well-kept, providing a sense of comfort after a long day of exploring. My stay was quite disappointing due to several significant issues. The room had mould on the walls, which was really off-putting, although the bathroom was recently refurbished. The staff were pleasant, but the check-in process took an unusually long time. Overall, the location was decent, but the condition of the room really marred the experience.
